Who is Aric Bostick?
Aric Bostick is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and attachment-informed leadership trainer who ignites school leaders, educators, students, business leaders and teams to show up—with energy, connection, and purpose. Over 25 years, he has inspired over half a million people across 500+ school districts and at major education and corporate conferences and events nationwide.
A former high-school teacher and coach, Aric founded a student leadership club that was featured on television for its impact. He went on to build a Student Leadership Camp, an online professional development course for educators, and a college-readiness program and curriculum for students.
Aric’s work is connection-based (attachment-informed, rooted in relational neuroscience) and translates the science of belonging into everyday practices leaders and teams can use. He delivers leadership training for superintendents, principals, and executive directors; professional development for educators, counselors, and staff; and high-energy student programs that build resilience, relationships, and results.
He also brings his message to corporate leaders and HR, helping organizations strengthen culture and performance, and he has created a powerful attachment-based networking series to create more connection amongst business leaders.
Aric is the creator of the Fired Up to Show Up program, the Year-Round Partnership model for sustained momentum, and the Student Leadership Camp (with Shaun Barrowes, Emmy-nominated artist and American Idol Top 30) that empowers young people to Live Their Dreams.
