"Fired Up to Live My Dreams” Student Camp

A high-energy, music-infused leadership camp co-led by Emmy-nominated artist Shaun Barrowes.
Aric and Shaun deliver an unforgettable Fired Up to Live My Dreams experience that inspires students to dream bigger, build confidence, and step into their leadership potential. Through storytelling, music, and hands-on activities, students learn how to identify their purpose, strengthen resilience, and develop the human-connection skills needed to thrive in school and in life.

Each camp includes the Fired Up to Live My Dreams 12-Month Student Planner, which guides students through goal-setting, motivation, habits, and reflection—extending the impact long after the event. Schools love how this camp boosts student morale, builds belonging, and ignites a stronger sense of hope and direction.

Aric’s Student Conferences are high-energy, purpose-driven events that inspire students to believe in themselves, pursue meaningful goals, and develop the confidence and connection skills they need to thrive. Each conference features an uplifting keynote and optional breakout workshops that deepen learning, strengthen leadership, and equip students with practical tools for resilience and success. Schools can choose from two themes—Fired Up to Be an Educator, which motivates future teachers and leaders to make a difference through service and human connection, or Fired Up to Live My Dreams, which helps students discover their purpose, build self-belief, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want. Students leave energized, empowered, and ready to show up with purpose and hope.

"HERO on Duty” Success Training

Dynamic, uplifting assemblies and student leadership workshops anchored in Aric’s HERO on Duty program.
Aric electrifies student audiences with a powerful message of Honesty, Empathy, Responsibility, and Optimism—teaching students how to show up as leaders in their classrooms, friendships, online interactions, and daily choices. Using humor, storytelling, and relatable real-life examples, Aric helps students understand their influence, regulate their emotions, and build stronger, more respectful relationships.

Schools can add an optional student leadership breakout session where Aric trains selected student leaders to model HERO behaviors, build positive culture, and support the well-being of their peers.

“The Power of Showing Up; Being an AWESOME Parent” 

This engaging evening keynote helps parents understand how attachment shapes their child’s emotional world, behavior, and motivation. Aric shares practical, easy-to-apply strategies for 

creating a secure, connected home where kids feel safe, seen, and supported. Parents leave with the tools to navigate tough moments, communicate with more confidence, and strengthen their relationship with their child—no matter their age or stage.
