This program empowers students to LIVE THEIR DREAMS and achieve their goals through the F.I.R.E.D.U.P. framework: Fuel, Inventory, Reframe, Energize, Declare, Unite, and Presence. Students discover what motivates them, identify their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, create a self-care plan, set meaningful goals, build supportive connections, and define the person they aspire to be. This program inspires confidence, resilience, and purpose, equipping students to turn their dreams into reality
STUDENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
HERO ON DUTY Student Leadership Training
This character-building training teaches students the values of Honesty, Empathy, Responsibility, and Optimism. Students learn through interactive team building exercises how to tell the truth, even when it is not easy, understand the feelings of others, be mindful and caring with their words and actions, and make good decisions each day that can positively affect the achievement of their dreams for the future.
STUDENT "ASPIRING EDUCATORS" PROGRAM
This interactive training inspires aspiring educators to embrace the 7 FIRED UP principles of success. Discover the FUEL behind your passion for teaching; INVENTORY your unique strengths; learn to REFRAME doubts, and use ENERGY management tools to stay balanced and motivated. DECLARE clear goals, UNITE with peers and mentors for support, and learn to be PRESENT and in the moment. This program inspires students to change lives and thrive in the rewarding world of education.
